People attitude and kindness
A lot of things were broken or not working. Broken wardrobe, some lights not working and not that clean.

The location is very close to the old centr and the top roof pool with the amazing view
The terrace was closed between 6 pm iand 20 am f you wanted to drink something after 6 you didn't have where , also if you wanted to smoke you had to go in front of the hotel if you did not had balcony to your room.

The location is excellent
The apartment has been furnished 30 years ago and not changed nothing. There was dust on the furniture. A terrace where you can enter and literally fall as was under construction. The floor was not clean neither.
Breakfast is very small as option and not good quality.
Overall not a 4* for sure

The staff was very nice, the pool and the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay.
The swiming pool has only 6 sunbeds wich are always taken.
One of the room had a noise and a smell but they were very helpful and changed the room.

The location is perfect, We had a great view of the old city and the fortress and could watch the sun rising.

The location was quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of Tsarevets.
The interior is a little old and tired. I was assured by the staff during booking that the hotel is in a quiet area. Unfortunately that was not the case completely. If there are noisier guests in adjacent rooms, you would hear it. You could also hear some cars passing by on the main street, even though the hotel is not located there directly.
I was not impressed with the breakfast, but it was fair enough.

I had a damn jacuzzi in my room with a view of Tsaravets 😃
The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I had a electric car and they let me charge it for free. The location is 10/10

The receptionist and the staff were very helpful and supportive on our demand and did charge anything. Definitely they are professional
very bad condition of the hotel, rooms are dirty, we found a used panty in our room, door alarm was ringing and we left immediately finding another place to stay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, photos are misleading.

The pillow was a bit hard for my taste.

The bathtub was the most dangerous I have experienced. Slippery with NO handles.

Well positioned hotel, with parking garage. The building is situated in the city center, but not on the main street which is great if you don't want all the noise. Polite staff, respectful and professional receptionist (helped us with early check in and parking, offered all the necessary information). The room was spacious, heating, wifi, tv, minifridge and hair dryer were working accordingly. The room was clean, the only small disadvantage was the shower had a small leak, but nothing serious. Breakfast was good and diverse, the coffee was also ok. Overall we had a nice short stay, would recommend.
