An excellent hotel! It was very clean, elegant, and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfect—only about 7 minutes from Zell am See town center and 11 minutes from Kaprun, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

We were booking on the last day before arrival, we had to arrive much later than the reception closes and the hosting couple provided us explicit instructions on self check-in. They provide an exceptional breakfast and are very caring and attentive to help the guests with the activities of the place. We were provided summer passes that effectively were saving us half of the room price because of free access to public bus, cable cars and many of the attractions. The place is easily accessible by feet from the nearest LocalBahn station. All was great!

My room was spacious, the breakfast was really delicious.

I booked this hotel last minute and unfortunately it was far from the train station and far from the town.The hotel is for people who have a car as its in the residential area.Also, the check out was early, at 10 am.I neeeded to leave my skis and my heavy bag at the reception area after my check out but it was not possible due to early cleaning and reconstruction in the house.
