Next to the mall and 50 meters from the markets, great location

Located in the middle of everything
Poor Wifi connection, used my pocket wifi during the stay.
Executive suite perks not executive enough. Only liked the free laundry per day (3 pieces)

The night manger Hoang Ahn and day manager Pham Le Ahn are the best in the business. They know customer service and made this Four star hotel feel like a Five plus star experience. Thank you guys.

Different feeling from booking.com pic
Given the price and picture i was expecting at least upper mid class hotel, however in actual the conditions are old , jaded... the lighting im room is not sufficient. It is ok at mid day when u open curtain.but at night its quite dim. Toilet door can see the bottom door start peeling due to water attack
