The breakfast, great choices available catering for all dietary needs. Efficient staff, very attentive and polite. The hotel was very quiet, making a very restful and relaxed stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was amazing, the location was a long way from facilities. The surrounding area was a little rough. Staying at this location requires a hired car or taxi. The facilities were at least 2 kilometres from town.

Everything about this hotel was absolute perfection. The staff were exceptional and professional, the food was fresh and tasty, every part of the hotel was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the pool was cool and refreshing, the room was spacious and clean. Every single staff member was helpful and accommodating. The staff at this hotel must be commended for their hard work. Staff at breakfast, at the reception, at the spa, those who cleaned our rooms and left chocolates as a little treat. This has to be the best hotel we have ever been to!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay! If anyone is contemplating staying here, a little bit further out from playa de la Americas, do it. It’s completely worth it. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the main centre, or you can get a taxi. This hotel is worth it. Trust me.
Nothing - this hotel was the best hotel we have ever been to and I do not say that lightly.
