LA UBICACIÓN EX EXCELENTE, AL LADO DEL METRO MONEDA, Y MUY CERCA DE SUPERMERCADO Y FARMACIAS. EL DESAYUNO BUFFET ES EXCELENTE. Y TUVIERON LA GENTILEZA DE ADELANTAR EL DESAYUNO EL DOMINGO 28/04, CUANDO MUCHOS FUIMOS A CORRER LA MARATÓN DE SANTIAGO, Y ESO AYUDÓ MUCHO A QUE TUVIERAMOS BUENA COMIDA TEMPRANITO ANTES DE IR A CORRER. AHHH Y GRACIAS POR PERMITIR HACER CHECK IN TEMPRANO A MI HERMANO QUE FUE EL PRIMERO EN LLEGAR AL HOTEL, Y NO HACERLO ESPERAR EN EL LOBBY.

UNA SUGERENCIA SERÍA QUE QUIZÁS PODRÍAN PONER UN HERVIDOR EN CADA PIEZA O INFORMAR MEJOR SI EXISTE DISPONIBILIDAD EN COMEDOR DE AGUA CALIENTE PARA TOMAR UN CAFÉ EN LA TARDE-NOCHE...

Falta un poco más de actualización en los pisos de las habitaciones, aunque creo que el color de la alfombra es tradicional se puede actualizar con nuevos materiales.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to starting/ending stop of the Centropuerto bus. The room was quite big and nice. Tasty breakfast.

I got a room on the 10th floor and was waiting for a warm water in the shower quite a long time.

almost nothing. it smells like a very old building.

every corner of the hotel was so old and cold. the first night we arrived with my children they gave us a very old smell room, at midnight the light was off apparently it was a blackout only in our room. around 2 am i called them to come to fix it because i tried so many times from midnight to 2am to call and nobody answered. my kids were awake crying i turned on our mobiles torches in order for them not to cry anymore. at 2.30 am. a gentleman came to offer me another room and this was a little better. Every morning for breakfast was a challenge to ask for just 2 fried eggs. Every morning it took like 20 minutes to get the blessed fried eggs.
