This is a hotel that operates at a very high standard. The staff were all professional and very helpful during my stay.

Centrally located. Very comfortable room. Onsite restaurant is excellent! Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location was walkable to a number of cafés and restaurants, as well as museums and the park.

The room, including the bathroom, was old and dark. Some of the photos we saw online at booking looked much better than the room we got. Breakfast area is small and tight - not a ton of selection and because of the narrow service area, it felt like a scrum to get to the toaster and other areas of the buffet. Furthermore, the food wasn’t great. Items were very salty and the scrambled eggs were sloppy wet. Coffee was undrinkable. We ended up going out for coffee and breakfast 3 of 4 days. Some staff around the property were very pleasant, but the front desk staff I found lukewarm. They also had some kind of plumbing issue during our stay where the water came out brown the last two days. In addition, the street noise in our room was enough to wake us up numerous times nightly.
