Second time in this oasis of peace! we love deeply this place! the staff is the best you can wish and the food as well! just in front of the beach and whit a elegant and stylish decor! best place in Oludeniz!

The pool area of the Jade was a lovely oasis of tranquillity away from the liveliness of the beachfront which was straight outside through the big wooden doors. The staff were all very freindly and attentive with a special mention to Deniz the manager and Honour who served us breakfast every morning.The rooftop restaurant was also very nice which looked over the beach. The meals were the best we found in Oludeniz.

Nothing negative about the hotel however Oludeniz itself although a beautiful setting was a bit more commercial than we expected.

Amazing stay at jades residence. Staff really go above and beyond. A big thanks to deniz who opened the restaurant at 2am and ordered food for us aswell as answering all the questions we had for him. Also honour at the breakfast table. Seeing his warmth and smile. A warmth and very hospitable. Beautiful location at the terrace and the pool is inviting.

Noise disruption being so close to the clubs but nothing against the resistance.

This is a gem right on the beach with a beautiful garden oasis. The restaurant is on an elevated balcony. The quality of the food was exceptional. It’s a boutique resort of 10 rooms and a lovely pool.

The rooms were a little dated but the property made up for it tenfold.

Jade Residence is a beautiful and clean hotel with an amazing service. The restaurant was really good and has a nice view on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. You can indicate your preferences and your breakfast will be served at the table. We also went for dinner and enjoyed the sunset. The public beach of Ölüdeniz is just across the road. You can also visit Kumburnu Plaji/Blue Lagoon which is at a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is also a shopping area in Ölüdeniz at walking distance. For visiting Fethiye city center there are taxis available nearby the hotel. Many thanks to Deniz and Nilüfer and all other staff which were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really loved this place.

Beautiful hotel, amazing stuff and service, clean and cozy. Just across the road from public beach or you can chill next to the pool. Breakfast is delicious and served at the rooftop of the hotel, where the bar/restaurant is.

Wifi is quite patchy, on and off all the time. But the biggest challenge was the noice at night, as the whole street turned out to night clubs with music screaming like crazy from 11-1am. So if you plan to sleep earlier it’s quite a challenge

location is in the middle of all the pubs so we couldn’t sleep until 1am. it is calm during the day but very noisy at night.

We stayed at 2 other places in Oludeniz and Jade Residence definitely has the best breakfast. You order eggs and a variety off breads, cheeses, fruits, olives, jams, etc. etc gets brought to the table. Service here is really amazing having breakfast on the terrace and seeing that beautiful beach. 10/10 to Onurr. He was always helpful and smiling.

I had the attic room and the only problem we had was that my husband is a very tall man and bumped his head a few times lol!!! But I must also add when we arrived Deniz the manager saw how tall my husband was and could offer us a normal room for 1 night, which was very kind of him.

The property was stunning, on the coast and extremely central. it was an old residence with beautiful established foliage in the terrace where the pool was. it was unbelievably relaxing. what stood out for us was the staff and the service. The staff, particularly Onor, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating.

The room in the attic wasn’t as comfortable as the rest of the property and for that reason I think the value for money for what room wasn’t great

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect choice for our honeymoon. The pictures shown online are great but it's magical being there in person. The beautiful hotel is situated perfectly for all excursions, the sea, shopping and restaurants so that when you have had a full day, you are literally just a few steps away from the comfort of your hotel. The staff from ground staff to management are absolutely lovely people. They serve you with excellence and consistency. There is also a clothing dry stand which I found very useful during our stay which while on honeymoon not any of the other hotels offered that. It helped a lot. The breakfast one gets to receive in the morning is a variety of all that your taste buds could desire. It's a great way to kick start the day. Let me not forget the greetings we received in the morning from Honor, who wonderfully served us and by day 2 he knew exactly what our preferences were. Thank you Honor. I would definitely be coming back again and will choose Jade Residence Hotel over and over again. Deniz, in management is one of a kind. His service from messaging to arrange my trip to getting there, and making our stay memorable will never be forgotten. Thank you Jade Residence Hotel Oludeniz. It was a trip myself and my husband will never forget.

Very noisy area, especially at night.

Jade Residence is a sanctuary in a bustling part of town. We loved the pool, the rooms were very comfortable with great AC, and the premise is nicely maintained. The management was incredibly helpful and even made us sandwiches for our EY departure. We loved staying here!
