The staff were very lovely.
It has a laundry and is right across from a Lawson.
They will also send your luggage to the next hotel if needed. I always send my luggage instead of lugging it around, it makes travelling soooo much easier.
The room is a bit on the smaller side. We thankfully only had 1 suitcase, but it still was a tight fit to open it up fully.
The location ended up being not very convenient for us. Although the hotel is not too far a walk from the station, we had to transfer trains a few times to get to some of the locations we wanted to get to.

Not smelly like urine. Hotel mystays smell like urine even though I clean it many times.

Location was superb, bed and bed duvet was so comfy, aircon was good, shower and bathtub was nice for my height, all amenities were very good and the staff received my SIM card delivery with no problems. English speaking staff available too, they're were very polite and kind. I didn't hear any noise from others when I was in my room. Laundry room also pretty good, the machine seems small but fits a lot of clothes in one wash.
I wish I could use the small balcony area. The window doesn't open fully and the area itself is the place where they keep the aircon equipment so it is not meant to be used as a balcony. Still it would be nice to have a proper view of the surroundings :)
