A&EM Saigon Hotel

This hotel goes above and beyond. They upgraded me both times I stayed at this hotel and was so kind and helpful with everything.

Only the fact that one side of the hotel is above a bar/restaurant and gets loud at night and can hear inside the hotel. The other side you can barely here anything

Everything is what is advertised. Staff are lovely and have upgraded me both times. Worth the extra cost

One side of the building has a bar at the bottom on the corner and gets very loud at night. You can sometimes hear it from the inside but still worth the money

Just about everything. All the staff from reception to the cleaners were very caring and helpful especially when my husband took ill suddenly. The breakfasts were amazing. The room spacious and comfortable. We changed after one night from a suite facing the noisy street to a suite at the back of the building which was absolutely perfect. Loved the daily free ice cream and afternoon tea. Excellent position close to Ben Thanh market and the Independence Palace. Lots of cafes and restaurants all around.

The pool only had four sun beds and two chairs so it wasn’t always possible to relax by the pool after a swim.

Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was good

The shower was difficult and went everywhere. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. The bed was way too hard. No power points on one side of the bed.
