Location was perfect. Characterful building. Staff friendly and food was superb.
Room a bit smelly kept toilet door shut. Water was a bit on off. Its on a pump. Room very warm.

The location.
The furnishings and infrastructure were a bit out dated and run down.

The pub downstairs was really nice - good food, lively atmosphere, nice spaces including outdoor patio. The room was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of space & places to set your stuff, quiet. Complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee & cookies. The staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. Close to Kew gardens.
A secure internet would have been nice.

Comfortable bed.
Great location for our purpose
Water pressure fluctuating meant that water temperature in shower likewise went from scalding to cold every few seconds. Room was very hot and the standalone aircon was too noisy for sleeping with it on
