Soho Boutique Castillo de Santa Catalina - Adults Recommended

We've been to this hotel before and its beautiful, the garden is lovely and the rooms we have had have been quirky and unique with great views. Beds are comfortable, breakfast till 12 and mini bar is reasonable.

Dinner/lunch is expensive for what it is. Service at breakfast was terrible, didn't get what I ordered and the staff were disengaged and a little rude to be honest. The worst part was that as we were getting ready to leave the hotel decided to do some maintenance meaning we had no water in our room to shower or brush our teeth before getting our flight. When we went to reception to ask about this we were told to take a cold shower, when we pointed out that there was no water not even cold we were simply told nothing could be done. When we asked for compensation we were told no. We were then asked to settle the bill with no itemised bill or receipt. We paid it as we had a taxi waiting and were already late for the airport (as we'd had to find a toilet on the ground floor to brush our teeth). All pretty disappointing.

Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had arranged to propose to my partner during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help make it such a special moment. Everything was handled with complete discretion, from preparing the terrace and decorations to helping capture photos and videos of the proposal. The setup looked beautiful and the whole process was organised perfectly without giving anything away. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay, and you could tell they genuinely wanted to make the occasion special for us. The hotel itself is beautiful, the terrace and views are incredible, and it was the perfect setting for such an important moment in our lives. A massive thank you to everyone involved for helping create a memory we’ll never forget. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will probably be back again very soon!

Hotel structure and room cleaning only. Influencer overhyped hotel. Its not worth it.

First the pool is super small, there is no good sea or beach club around or they dont have any agreement like big 5 stars. The restaurant in the hotel is charging everything twice, and if you trust and didnt check it like us, you will be facing with extra stuff which you didnt have it. Anyway im counting as tip for their super slow staff. You might wait for a coffee like 30-40 mins. And its not vrowded at all. It shouldnot be like this in 5 stars hotels. Service in restaurant is terrible.
