Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Great breakfast too.
Cannot think about anything.

Unfortunately, we did not have time for breakfast. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Parking on site was very convenient. The Villa is right across the street from the gorgeous park.

A friendly hotel ideally located opposite The park. It was lovely to stay in a small hotel with character as opposed to one of the large chain hotels. The beds were comfy, there was lots of hot water and an excellent breakfast.
It would have been nice to have access to facilities to make a tea/coffee.

The staff team is outstanding 👏 👏 👏. The ladies outdo themselves trying to accommodate the guests and all their wishes. Truly exceptional. The building is something special, well taken care for. The location next to the park - amazing.
This is the reason behind my score, and this comment is not to the mgmt team, but to the owners - you must invest in proper cooling equipment. Old style fans just do not cut it.. You cannot blame it on the weather, if you charge triple rates during the tennis open, surely you can afford proper fans. Current set up when temperatures reach 40C is just a health hazard.
