Even if the food and beverages were really unsatisfying, the efforts and behaviors of the staff was so nice. Especially, I really thank to Mehmet the bartender, Serhat and Mikail for their extra efforts and hospitality. The beach and pool were well organized and proper.

There were no any animation and entertainment. If we didn’t go with our friends, most probably we got really bored. There were no activities except boat tour and night club (with charge). All of the meals, breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner, were so disappointing. Both the variety and quality were so poor.

Wonderful facility with lovely staff. The location is amazing, it is directly on the shore to a wonderful sea. Clean and modernly decorated rooms.

We liked the location of the hotel was near the shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk anyway to get onto the main streets. The top on the street was the taxi bit and were able to get a taxi into bodrum town for 60/70L. Bodrum town is lovely definitely recommend a taxi trip there more pricey than Gumbit but it’s worth a visit. If you walked along the beach front you get closer to the party hotels louder music more going on etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drink was okay, we didn’t go hungry or thirsty. The room was cleaned everyday. Pool area was nice, plenty of sun beds for everyone.

The noise of other guests echoed into rooms including toilets flushing! The bed was a bit hard and the cover on the bed wasn’t very big.

Hotel has a good view and workers are very helpful. Rooms and foods are very good. We had a good time thanks to Emre and Tugay from animation team. Reception also was helpful for anything. Thanks for everything see you next time!

food we only eat once there, better if you eat outside , you have to hikeing get out hotel , if you up to 40age deffenetly not your place, evry night 2-3 clok somwone knock our door , staff okay but slow many hours waiting to somthing fix it, very honest im 11 years travel to Bodrum on holiday, this was 3 place wer we not gonna stay agen , same pirce you gonna get much better , allinclude food its jocke , my 3 years old cook better ... we have to beggin for clean towel , somtime now water room or electry, wifi only working recepcion

First things first: there are significantly more positives in the stay than negatives: - The staff is always very polite and helpful. They will help you with your needs, answer your questions etc. (Separate thanks go out to Deniz and Olga at the reception) - The hotel is very clean. Everything is immediately wiped, swept away, disposed of. The room service could be more thorough, but I can't truly find any fault. - The sea is wonderful. Even though the beach and the pier are small, the hotel is small, too. So you will always find a place 5 meters from crystal clear water. - The food is always very very fresh, cooked just minutes before. It may get repetitive if you stay for a longer period, but if you go out once or twice (or more), you can't find any fault with the food. The staff will always help you chose, and explaing what goes into the dishes. The view from the hotel's restaurant/diner can't be beat. - The music at the bar is never too loud, and most of the time very pleasant (ranging from modern Turkish pop and light rock to very nice covers of slow songs during meal times) - If you are young and outgoing, you'l be pleased to know that the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk away from Gümbet's (locally famous) Club Street with night clubs that are open every night late into the night, and host various celebrities. More-or-less parallel to it is a long stretch of Gümbet Beach with various bars and restaurants. - The hotel very calm. Since it's small, you won't have hordes of people shouting at each other, fighting for food and a place on the beach. It is also feels like it's located in a secluded area away from the rest of the town, even if it's just a 5-15 minute walk to a variety of clubs, bars, restaurants and shops right in the middle of the town.

The pandemic affected everything. This isn't specific just to this hotel, but every other hotel, too. The hotels suffer from underinvestment, but this is understandable. There's only one major complaint: the hotel desperately needs a renovation. Too many things are old or are in a state of disrepair. There's nothing explicitly bad or dangerous. However, this is especially evident in bathrooms, and some smaller things like some lighting around the hotel. The wifi... Well, it's a hotel wifi in Turkey, so don't expect much. We bought a SIM card with a "tourist pack" that included plenty of internet, so we didn't rely on hotel's wifi. The hotel also needs a more visible sign to show where to drive, if the guests come with a car (but this complaint is realy, really minor).

This is way far from beeing a 4 star hotel. It's more of a camping site. The room needs a deep cleaning, I think it was not cleaned since years ago.. it's clear that cleaning is only done from the top in less than 5 min. The safe is old, rusty and broken. Same for TV. The bathroom needs maitainance, a bad smell was coming from the sink and the shower was rusty and have moisture stains and weird bugs. The guy at the reception charged 9 Lira per Euro wich is more of a scam compared to the current Rate. Go to an ATM machine for a better change rate. Although the staff was friendly, you can notice that majority have not had been trained in Hottelerie. The fridge in the room was also dirty and there was not kettle. This hotel doesn't care for the small details that even unrated hotels takes care off.

Really nothing! biggest disappointment ever!

the hotel is dirty and disgusting. the food is disgusting. furniture broken, no internet connection, dirty beach, dirty sun lounges, garbage smell at the entrance and sewage smell at the beach. bed sheets and towels were dirty and smelled like body oil! every time we wanted towels they said they didn't have! we paid all inclusive but didn't eat once in the hotel. had to go to restaurants all the time because their food is disgusting. Also, the hotel is not safe for kids. electricity cables laying around and steel broken pilots on the beach!!! No health measures whatsoever! nobody wears masks not in the so-called lobby or the restaurant! It was the worst experience ever! the pictures are reviews on booking are obsolete or untrue! actually, we are a bit disappointed by booking.com because we booked in this hotel based on the pictures and reviews when the reality is way different. reviews are either fake or old and pictures are very very old.

Unfortunately only the coffee

I don't know where to start. The whole hotel needs to be refitted . No maintenance its dirty and dangerous for kids. The food is horrible and no social distancing at all is applied. Every day they are out of beach towels. About the Internet its a joke. You have to go to the lobby to get some Internet. They tell you that they are fixing it. In 2 weeks nothing was fixed. We stopped eating at the hotel and spent a lot of money to get breakfast lunch and dinner from outside. The all inclusive is a joke. We asked to leave the hotel on the 2nd day but the management refused. This facility should be closed

There is nothing to like. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The staff nor the owners care about this place.

The staff and management obviously doesn't care about this trashy motel. We work hard all year and save up for a vacation to relax but everything was terrible here. None of the staff speaks English in an internationally advertised hotel, not even a word. Everything is broken from the time you drive onto the property. Nothing is kept up. WIFI is non-existent. When you ask the front desk about the WIFI, they say "sorry 2 hours". Basically had WIFI for an hour out of 5 nights staying here. The door handle is falling off and I couldn't open the door. Either my husband or the guy at the front desk had to open it. The cook that makes eggs was scraping a 100 year old black pan with a metal fork. YUCK!!! The food is not good. The hours of the meals are also scarce. The drinks at the bar tastes terrible. They use the cheapest possible stuff. The beach is not kept up either. There is a sewage line that is next to the beach lounge chairs so it smells like a dump at the beach. All the guests that I spoke with with horrified with this motel. On the last day, I finally talked to a guy at the front desk, the only one who speaks English and he told me that this place is small and not good and why would I even stay here. I explained to him that the online pictures look ok and that's what the other guests at this place also told me. Even the most basic thing like the world clocks in the lobby don't work. $246 Euros is completely crazy for this place. I will also inform my credit card company about this sham. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star on TRIPADVISOR. This is my honest opinion. I could go on and on about the quality but I think you get it. Spend your money where people care about the hotel and the staff and the guests.
