Excellent location away from downtown. Staff were excellent. Nina at the restaurant was vey helpful.
An update is needed as some facilities are showing their age. Gym equipment needs some maintenance.

The hotel retains a colonial, classy style which derives from the design of the buildings and the location in a leafy garden. The property is not far from Talat Sao market and bus station
The rooms need an urgent facelift, they are old, decrepit at times and you can tell some botched attempts were made to improve the comfort, such as replacing the AC, adding an extra shower head in the toilet. But all to no avail, the place looks very old and worn out. The amount of insects in the room was stunning. Staff at the reception are naggy and too fussy about slightly damaged dollar banknotes. We did not feel welcome and would not stay again

La colazione è varia, ottima e fresca, il personale è molto gentile e anche al loro ristorante si mangia molto bene!
