Good location in the center of the city
We booked a garden-view room, but the view was basically a wall right in front of the window — no garden, no view.
During the night, the air conditioning ran continuously. It was too cold, noisy, and uncomfortable to have the air blowing all night.
The shower only had an overhead shower head and no handheld shower. This is very inconvenient if you don’t want to wash your hair every time you shower. I also had to wash my children, and it was almost impossible to keep their hair dry.
There were many small issues that made our stay unpleasant and left us feeling that the accommodation wasn’t worth the price.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, nice breakfast. There is no coffee or tea in the room but when we asked for an electric kettle they gave us one right away.
The room was a bit small but it was fine.

As many times before, I was with my dogs.
This hotel was one of very few in Gyula to provide me with the room that I can stay with my pets.
As we all, who have pets, treat them as, (kind of), part of the family, it is very important to be able to stay in places with them.
