Moderní, pohodlné, blízko centra.

Központi elhelyezkedésű. Saját bejáratú zárt parkoló az udvarban. Kedves személyzet.

Amazing place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. Building was great except no elevator.

The breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and clean (on arrival - see below).
- Some staff members were not particularly friendly. We were not greeted when we arrived
- The safe was inoperable and could not be fixed on our first day. Staff had to be called twice the following day to deal with the problem.
- The biggest issue was that our room was not serviced on the last day with no explanation/excuse or apology given. Totally unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. Not the first time this has happened to me in Hungary
