Nada. Está horrible el hotel
Todo pudo haber sido mejor. Para empezar las fotografías que se muestran están editadas y no reflejan la realidad actual de las instalaciones del hotel. Las habitaciones tienen camas sucias, en mal estado los colchones y se nota que las almohadas han sido empleadas por alguien más. Hay capas de polvo en en el suelo de las habitaciones, restos de envolturas de preservativos, almohadas con restos de cabello recién cortados, en la pared de la regadera igualmente encontré restos de cabello recién cortado, y las cobijas y sabanas que usan huelen a suciedad y se nota que fueron ya usadas por alguien más.

My kitchen sink was plugged and had a leak. Nothing was done even though I informed staff of this 4 times

My sink was clogged and leaking, : I asked for them to fix it and nothing happened. The hotel is badly in need of paint and upkeep... This iwht it was the lowest priced Saltillo hotel on booking.com

The building is beautiful and the location was excellent.
The room that we were initially given had a large yellow stain in one bad, hair and pubic hair in the other. Our room was changed but that one had hair in the shower. I don't think the rooms get cleaned and I highly doubt the sheets get washed.

the place was beneath my low standards. the pictures looked great till i got there.

The vibe the courtyard gave was good calming.
Couldnt block out light thru one window and it was extremfly bright in d morning plus being asked everytime id go out to eat annd came bacl if i was staying there got alittle tiryng

Zero services (can't even get a bottle of water).. Any motel has more services.
The facilities are very old. They should de modernised. No breakfast. Lots of noise from passing car and BIKES!!!!

Very good looking courtyard, nice staff who were willing to work through the language barrier. Excellent central location. Nice raised ceiling in my room. Relatively quiet as there were few guests staying there. Free gated parking with a watchman.
No AC and a fixed speed fan, so the room could get pretty warm during the afternoons. Bathroom could've been cleaner / faucets were a little janky.

The facilities are pretty, the beds and linens are comfortable, the room is very clean and the location are very good, they got a close parking lot that looks secure
They don't offer you water or coffee like other hotels, the staff it's a little unfriendly and looks like they don't care if you stay with them or not, the facilities are pretty but the price still high for the things they offer you
