Location was perfect for getting around downtown Singapore. Yards away from Clarke Quay, MRT and bus stops. Room was compact but well furnished, beds comfy and serviced daily. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Restaurant food was good, and breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. On last day, even after checking out we were able to have a shower and change before going to the airport in the evening.
There was nothing here to dislike.

Very convenient location near the river and MRT station across the road. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. My room was compact but well appointed and light. I enjoyed sitting in the window seat and reading. The pool area is very nice. Breakfast had both western and eastern choices.
The coffee machine signage at reception was not clear and the receptionist was a bit snippy when he came to help. Also I could not order room service as they said my card didn’t work for the deposit when I checked in, it had worked in the other countries I had been in before Singapore.

Good location, across the road from the MRT. Pool and gym were brilliant. Staff were amazing.
I didn’t like the toilet set up in the room as no privacy

It was centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, the river, etc. Staff was very attentive. Restaurant on site was well-priced and very convenient.
The room set-up is weird. The shower and toilet are in separate odd within the room. The units have lightly frosted glass which can be seen through so there is virtually no privacy. The sink unit is freestanding in the bedroom and greatly impinges on the available floor space. We were in a room (an “upgrade” offered at no cost at check/in) with a patio that opened directly to the pol area which was very nice.
