We had room access to the pool which was great. Highly recommend. Great location and bed was super comfortable. I liked the design of the room.

Room was a little small, no where to put suitcases.

The bed and staff were the best experience. Also i love the location.

Great location within walking distance to most of the sights. Good restaurant downstairs. Pool clean and refreshing.

Rooms are a bit "tired", lightbulbs blown, shower didn't stay in position. Much needed renovation taking place so a lot of work noise from 10-6pm, no opportunity for a quiet relax at lunch. Mattress was deformed, we kept rolling to the edge.

Breakfast expensive for what was offered but not many options for breakfast in the immediate area

Staff were professional and friendly and we loved that Clarke Quay had many choices of restaurants for dinner overlooking the river.

An Asian restaurant in the lobby which was only restaurant close by for breakfast. We do not like Asian food for breakfast so we walked 3 or 3 blocks to a mall near Chinatown to buy KFC breakfasts. Even immediately across the street at Clarke Quay where there are dozens of restaurants and a mall, there was nothing open before about 11 a.m. Considering the heat, the lack of a western breakfast location nearby was a real negative. Hotel reception staff told us there'd be restaurants in the mall across the street but mall staff told us there was not and we had to walk in the heat to find this out.

The location of the hotel was excellent.

Location was excellent. Shopping mall and food outlets nearby as well as easy access to Clarke Quay. House keeping staff and concierge were very helpful.

Rooms were very ‘tired’ and no privacy with the shower room/toilet layout. We were not aware of the renovations taking place until well after we made our booking
