Muy bien solo el buffet nada de variedad

El desayuno no estaba bien ya que comentaron que les faltaba personal y solo había huevo y ni café sirvieron Ubicacion personal de limpieza y el sr de la entrada el que está en el estacionamiento super atento y el personal del loby igual

El desayuno buffet solo había una sola cosa huevo ni fruta había no había nada de variedad

The room smelled like a sewer and the smell didn't go away throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet with limited options and not very tasty. No air conditioning in the lobby area.

Very good

The hotel was alright, there was suddenly a strong sewer smell, and there was only one soap at the sink, but none at the shower so we had to be carrying it back and forth

There was no usb charger, now a days it’s imperative for hotels to have some

it is in a good location, close to Cintermex and Parque fundidora

the Room smelled bad it it was very dirty, they do not have enough staff in restaurant so during breakfast service is very slow

Disgusting showers with mildew / fungus

It had Good WiFi Speed and they left a complementary toothbrush and paste

The shower floor and walls have fungus it is disgusting, the rooms are very small and have poor sound insolation, you can hear the neighbors noise, the pillows where stained and had hairs.

it was ok since you don’t spend too much in the room, but we needed some of the amenities mentioned above.

Proximity, and overall aesthetics

The central air wasn't functioning. We reported it, but it still failed to work properly. The morning receptionist was very curt, and dismissive

Fair and square

Good location , ample room, clean bed clothes. Breakfast buffet is ok,

Fridge was dirty from previous guest. Sofa bed was broken and can not be used. Price from booking.com was diferent. At reception no.help was provide by bell boy with the luggage.

I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast and dinner were always delicious! The entire hotel was very beautiful! Staff were very friendly.

The garage felt very cramped and scary to maneuver through. If people were not careful, they could hit each other's vehicles. The entrance into said garage could also be missed
