Lovely Guest House right on the seafront. Great location, my room was very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and the hosts were amazing. Will definitely book again.

Beautifully presented, immaculately clean, excellent communication. A genuinely friendly welcome and an exceptional host. Room was lovely & upgraded free of charge. Beeakfast choice was fabulous, breakfast room pretty & well equipped, home made granola was a lovely touch and my breakfast couldn’t have been better.

It was all beautifully clean and also very well decorated. the facilities were excellent and we loved all the thoughtful extra touches such as lovely teas and coffees, bathrobes and bottles of water. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Easy parking too.

I'd checked out a few other places online and came across The Suenos. Thank God I did. Neil and Theresa's little gem is somewhere I'd highly recommend. It has all the comfort and charm of a top quality guest house with a few little extras thrown in that a lot of hotels don't provide. My room had a mini bar (didn't use but hey it was there), freshly ground coffee and jug and fresh milk.
My room was spacious and had a double four poster bed. The bathroom was beautifully laid out, with a marble wash stand basin and a large shower cubicle and heated towel rack. All I needed was a toothbrush and toothpaste!
Breakfast was a real treat. And the options were more than enough to satisfy anybody from the Full English to Vegan options...Quality stay, thanks Neil and Theresa. I'll definitely be returning.
Can't think of anything. If you needed anything all you need to do is ask. It was always provided with a smile.

Fabulous choice of food, supremely cooked and presented. Very flexible with timings and the ambience was great.
The front door occasionally was tricky to open, but really not a problem!

The owners were very attentive, breakfast was lovely and the rooms really comfortable. I would definitely stay again in future (in fact I have already booked!)
I can highly recommend Suenos, and it is right on the beach front with a lovely view.
The Wifi didnt work very well, it needed to be re-set up, and the extenders didnt seem to pass a very good signal. This wouldnt normally be an issue, but I was there for work. I used my 4G dongle, as the reception was good there, but I think the Wifi signal was just not good enough from the room I was in. but that was my only issue - I had a great stay.

Everything!!! Owners very pleasant and premises spotless. Lovely deluxe room facing the sea. Well cooked breakfasts with a good choice of options. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
The only disappointment was a charge of £2.00 for a cup of coffee from the coffee machine. I definitely think that should be complementary. Apart from that my stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to book again.

Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked with a good choice. Plenty of tea/coffee/toast. Quality tea in room and cafetière with ground coffee. Fresh milk in fridge. Towels thick and fluffy. Bed very comfortable with soft white bedding.

I enjoyed my stay at Sueonos as it’s clean, the breakfast is exceptionally good with home-made granola and appealing grill tomatoes which I like the most.
Teresa and Neil are welcoming hosts.
Sadly, there is no view from the bedroom window.
