The location is excellent right on the water with great views and walking access to all the bars and restaurants. Staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing was ever a problem for them and they were always on hand with any help we asked for with planning days trips etc. The hotel was kept very clean.
Being an older hotel, I felt for the money we spent the bed linen quality, beds + towels could have been of better quality. The sound proofing in the rooms is not great, we could hear TV's on and conversations in adjacent rooms.

Amazing location, friendly staff and was looked after well by the restaurant manager (I think his name was Andy)
The cost of the room was a bit on the pricey side but would still go back to visit again

It is not a 4 star hotel more a 3 star hotel needs renovation
