Location to the mall was very good.
Very poor service, poor staff management, refused to provide tax invoice, a simple thing.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Despite of telling them many times about the importance of cleaning up the room before arrival they ignored. Upon arrival saw the filthiest toilet, which had urine stains on top and underneath seat cover. Toilet floor had plenty of hairs. Basin same, several hairs. Extremely disgusting smell. Notified the team on mobile but no response as it was late check in. Notified them in morning and very casually they responded will notify cleaners as if they don’t give a damn.

Our room needed updating mattress was way too soft.

good value for money as I got it for a cheap price. Good to be able to make tea/coffee in room.
Close to Belconnen and a marketplace behind it.
Only one mug in the room. No caffeine free options of tea.
Power points only in one corner of room and we needed power point for cpap machine. Very basic room.
No breakfast available, only take away option.

Bed was comfortable and living area was clean
Bathroom was in a state of disrepair. Toilet seat wasn't attached, handle to open glass door to the shower was missing, tap kept leaking and mould was coming out of the base of the tap.

The Ramada plot has been sold so, as far as I understand this hotel is hanging on until redevelopment. It is a good solid hotel but nothing special and provided a comfortable if slightly tired room

Functional motel rooms with the essentials and bonus of a kitchen in the room.
Good shower and plenty of hot water.
Otherwise a simple room to stay and base for a visit to Canberra..
The property is clearly older and needs alot of maintenance, but by the looks is about to be redeveloped so doubt much will change.
Bar area closed.
The listing and photos is out of date and not current to how the hotel operates.
No where near a 4 star hotel, more of a basic motel.
The room was tidy but not clean.

The shower (water pressure). Walking distance to Belconnen Town Centre and lake. Plenty of open-air parking.
The walls and ceiling are thin; we were kept awake throughout the night with toilets flushing, noisy pipes, people above walking heavily or dropping heavy items very late and early next morning, muffled voices from adjoining rooms and above, an alarm buzzing early, and two guests having a loud conversation up the corridor at 3am.

Super easy check in, there is a driveway at the back off the main road that made it easy to get in and out of. Room service was easy to order. Location was perfect, the Westfield is very close for an abundance of food options.
The TV was very basic, for someone who doesn't watch regular TV I wasn't able to connect my phone for streaming. If you don't mind regular TV or just want some background noise it's fine. I just watched shows on my phone instead.

We were there on a weekend and the markets are located just a minutes stroll behind the hotel for fresh bakery treats and great coffee!
Bed was comfy. All room fittings were in good working order, room was a good size, tv was new and included easy logon to netflix etc.
Noise from hallway (doors slamming etc) was a bit disruptive. Other than the markets (weekend daytime) it is a drive or longish walk to cafes and restaurants.

Convenient and relatively well priced.
Advertised as “late checkout”, but check out time was 10am which is standard. Was expecting 12-1. Not a big problem for us, but odd.
Check in was tricky as reception had closed (by 8:30pm, a bit early?) and there were no check in instructions provided.

Good location
Decent room size
It's more like a motel than a 4-star hotel. Stained carpet. Uncomfortable bed, it was 2 single beds bases combined together. You can feel the gap un the middle.
