Buona posizione, buono hotel, camere discretamente spaziosa e completa di comfort. Buono stato di pulizia.

Nessun componente dello staff parlava inglese o altra lingua che non fosse il turco.

Excellent location -- just a 2-minute walk from the nearest metro station, line M2, that drives you up north and connects with M1 and Marmaray. Late-evening micromarkets around -- easy to buy snacks and water if needed/urgent. All staff is friendly, from bell boy to cleaning maids. Also, a receptionist helped to book an early-morning taxi to Sabiha Gokcen airport.

In the room: 1) Weak but constant smell of cigarettes at night. Had to open the window; 2) Audibility from neighbouring rooms is high; 3) The Internet connection is very unstable -- had to constantly switch from one network to another. In the bathroom: 4) The toilet didn't work well -- the water occasionally did not stop and kept running, so the flush button had to be adjusted in many attempts; 5) Towels were washed, no doubt, but had traces of previous use (happens when not replaced for a long time with new ones). At the restaurant: 6) Breakfast was somewhat unbalanced -- for muesli there was only raisin, no nuts or cereals to mix it with; yet, not enough dairy products (only milk, no yogurts).

Clean everyday without being told. Good value for money as the room not that small for 2 persona, breakfast considered nice and location is very strategic for us

Location is good, 5 min walk to veznicler metro and 5 min walk to T1 tram stop laleli university, 15 min walk from Yenkapi. Breakfast was also decent. It was fine to stay at, you get what you pay for.

You don’t have to look very far to find parts of your hotel room that have never been cleaned ever. There were hairs in the sink on arrival and the vent in the bathroom is caked in dirt. A good a bit of noise in the evenings from nearby bars and restaurants. Curtains aren’t quite wide enough to fit the window. Lots of other areas are desperately lacking a clean and a bit of TLC. When I took the mini-fridge plug out the whole socket came with it. Walls are paper thin, you can hear guests in other rooms talking and can hear every time they flush the toilet or turn on a tap. The only saving grace is there weren’t many other guests. Staff on reception aren’t that friendly, they ignore you every time you come in and out
