We have returned many times because we love the town, the hotel’s location and layout, especially its restaurants, and how close it is to the beach. The staff are kind and respectful, and they have come to feel like friends. We also love the wellness facilities, the different sports activities organised by the entertainment team, the evening entertainment, and the excellent food and cocktails. The friendly but firm security guards also make us feel safe and well looked after.

Unfortunately, some maintenance issues have remained unresolved for years. The flush buttons on the toilets in the women’s beach restroom still have not been repaired, leaving the water running continuously despite the signs encouraging guests to save water. In the rooms near the lift in the right-hand wing, loud, high-pitched plumbing noises can be heard at night whenever toilets or showers are used on other floors. Some of the decking boards around the pool are also sticking up due to missing nails, creating a safety hazard. As returning guests, we have a favourite room. Other hotels we have stayed at have been able to accommodate such requests, particularly when made a year in advance. Unfortunately, our request was not fulfilled here, and friends of ours who are also regular guests had the same experience. These disappointments affect our overall impression of the hotel and have even made us consider choosing a different destination next time. We really hope these issues will be addressed, as there is so much we love about coming here.

This hotel can be a benchmark for all five-star hotels in Turkey and Greece. We are visiting it for the third time, but this time it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large in fully air-conditioned buildings, the food and drinks are of high quality, and the service is so pleasant that you want to stay again. This year the teams were rejuvenated, and the abundance in the Lavanta pastry shop surpassed the famous Viennese pastry shops in variety and quality. I wish we were there again next year.

Back at our favourite hotel for the 6. time and will come back again in just 4 weeks ☀️ Perfect location, great service, great food, and super space at the beach. A lot of the straff has been here for a long time and are so happy to welcome you back.

The hotel is modern, well-spaced and in a great location. The views – when accessible – of the ocean and the ancient town of Side were beautiful with lovely walks along the beach front with nice bars, restaurants and shops. The all inclusivity of the resort was one of it’s most sublime feature with 24-hours access to drinks and food with the food being of an extremely high standard, we were extremely impressed with the offerings this resort provided in drinks, food, restaurants and bars, it was all excellent.

The biggest disappointment for us - and the reason for the lower score - was the service, with the exception of one or two very good staff members, generally we found the service to be very poor, most seemed surprised that we want to communicate in English at an International hotel (they predominantly seemed to speak German), most seemed extremely over worked and quite surly because of it and we were ignored on more times than I can count. We were also surprised in regard to the number of ‘managers’ hanging around not seeming to contribute much but the beration of staff/
