All the staff were friendly... a peak in ethics and cooperation... the food was delicious and varied... the place is more than wonderful, quiet and beautiful... I highly recommend it.

Physical activities almost non-existent and not promoted by team like in Barut Kemer. This is a huge minus. Also the breakfast is lacking a real punch and could have been better. Again in comparison witha Kemer hotel.

The evening entertainment was extremely loud and went on until 11pm which made it very difficult to gone to bed. It should finish at 10pm.

Location amazing, beautiful hotel, friendly staff - especially Senna the yoga teacher who is lovely! We will be back.

We had a room with direct access to the swimming pool, which was wonderful. The food, pool and beach were super convenient and nice, there were a lot of interesting things to see and do in and around the hotel. It was simply perfect.

Everything was fine

Everything was great! Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. The food in the a la carte restaurants were very nice, don't expect a 5 star meal but relatively it's very good. The beach across the hotel is super nice with comfortable beds to lay on. We walked a lot around in Side. This is definitely the nicest hotel in Side. Even the local people mention that. The staff really wants you to be happy en does anything for you to make it a unforgettable stay.

The entertainment could be little bit better in the evenings. It was mostly focussed on russians. The singers were not the best. But it is really nothing compared to what the hotel offers you.

General setup and intention to provide full service

Cleanliness and corona measures throughout the hotel not taken serious. In particular the restaurant areas and service personnel not trained in hygiene measures in general… we would not recommend…

First of all the most convenient thing is, if you need to do a covid test before you travel they offer that in the hotel at their doctors office. We reached the hotel on a very early flight and were worried we won’t get an early check in but they had us have breakfast and gave us our room at 9am. The staff here do everything they can to help make you comfortable. Most importantly the hotel was so clean! That’s always my worry with hotels but it was spotless. The food here is amazing! It’s all inclusive and as a picky chef i loved everything. I really do love Turkish food but they also have international dishes at all the restaurants. I never get my hopes up when it comes to hotel food but they really impressed me. You have so many options when it comes to food, sushi, Italian, local dishes, pastry/coffee shop and even more. I kept telling my husband I don’t understand how all this food at this quality is available 24/7 and is included. Besides the amazing food and beautiful ambience the real seller is the staff. Chatting at the bar felt like you’re talking to old friends, they’re so good at making drinks that almost every time I’d say surprise me. If you’d like any recommendations everyone’s so helpful and friendly! We really loved her energy! Most staff speak multiple languages and never had an issue with English. Be sure to stop by the gift shop if you forgot anything like I did, besides gifts they sell essentials like plugs, soaps and sunblock. You can find anything you need there! Also i was there on my birthday they arranged a table for me with flowers and a cake and even sang happy birthday! They really made my day special! Anytime I go to turkey this is my new favorite hotel, I won’t consider staying anywhere else.

I can’t find anything to complain about. They truly work hard to make you happy and comfortable.
