This place is amazing, the best part is for sure the staff! The receptionist was extremely kind and gave me ALOT of amazing tips of the area and the best local places to eat. The bar staff is super fun and kind, I have an amazing time! B Apart from that the facilities are good, there si a nice common space, a big terrace a common kitchen. The rooms are ok , you have your private locker and a private bathroom in the room. The space is clean and nice. The location for me was perfect as was just across the bus station and 2 minutes from the train station!

Only thing to improve its the wifi =/

Its a good location for backpackers. You can also use kitchen.

People were coming back to the room all night, also drunk. It would be nice if beds have some curtains, as in many other hostels.

the room for 12 people only had two showers and two toilets - it wasn’t really a huge problem though

Staff were really nice and helpful! the location is awesome! And the kitchen was fabulous!

mosquitoes, there’re too many of them in room and even the garden.. if the hostel could provide some anti-mosquito stuff in common room and living rooms that would be really helpful. Here’s another thing, through the time I’d been staying the large room, it was quite often for most people forgot to close the door when they left, if there is a reminder thing put in the door, that would be lovely as well!

Good location - very near train and bus station, not a long walk to Ortigia. Nice and spacious common space.

Wifi didn't work well. No space to put and hang our things in the bathroom. The towels and linens are provided in plastic bags, that's hygienic but not sustainable..

the beds were bad and mine was positioned a move the ac so all I got was heat

The staff is fantastic. It is the perfect location to go anywhere (next to the train, next to the bus station).

The place is great and the stuff help me a lot. Definitely I will book this hostel again when I will be around.
