Lovely location & quirky hotel. Staff were all amazing, very professional & friendly. Evening meal was superb and breakfast very generous. A very comfortable & homely feel.
The bathroom & toilet need updating & very tired, even though the bedroom itself was updated with lovely wallpaper. The showerhead fitment was broken on the bracket. When we mentioned it at reception the lady did apologise & say she would get it fixed.

The building is unique and full of character in a great location. Luxurious rooms and dinner and breakfast were great. Service was excellent by all the staff. Have stayed in many hotels over the years but the hotel manager ( Karen) was exceptional - professional, helpful, courteous- a smile for everyone. All the staff were great.
Bits of the paintwork’s or exterior wood could do with a little tlc soon but it was adding to the charm

The location was perfect on the Seine. Good was excellent both breakfast and dinner. And the service was top notch: everybody was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay there again .
No air conditioning. It was hot the first night (over 40C). It was very uncomfortable.
No elevators: we were on the second floor (high ceiling house). Difficult to negotiate with luggage.

Room was perfect, signs of character and class, typical of an old French hotel.
Breakfast could not have been better, really exceptional.
Dinner was ok, but we really wanted French cuisine, this was the only weakness of our stay
Grounds were beautiful
All the staff were perfect
There was nothing we didn't like, only the dinner was less than 10 out of 10, probably an 8
