Bathroom needs maintenance, water splashes al over the place, no wash clothes and no box of Kleenexes is poor for a 4 star hotel....
And the worst was a private birthday party in the lobby area with really LOUD music, very annoing for us other guests! We could not talk to our visitors because of that, so we had to leave the hotel!
Where was the Manager to allow this?
