Su amplitud y luminosidad. Fácil aparcamiento.
La ducha era de hidromasaje y no iba bien, por suerte también hay bañera.

La limpieza
Varias cosas. Lo primero que no tengas aparcamiento disponible cuando te advierten por teléfono que no hay problema, se notan los años en la decoración y por lo tanto se encuentra un tanto desactualizado y por último el desayuno podría ser de mejor calidad , más vale menos y mejor que más y mejorable.

Mi habitación de la que estoy enamorada por sus vistas solo confío en este hotel cundo voy a oviedo me siento como en casa para mi nuevamente son un 10 en todo.

The location and the breakfast
We were redirected to Hotel Reconquista and were really disappointed as to the service and safety. This is not what we expect from a 5* hotel and honestly have never had such a bad experience. We moved from one room to another after the fist night and left a medical device in the room which we reported immediately. We were assured (3 times) that the device would be sent back to us once found or the cost would be covered. After 2 weeks of not responding to the emails the hotel changed its mind. Very disappointing I must say. Additionally we don’t think this hotel should have a 5* rating considering many aspects. It needs introducing many changes (look, service, rooms etc)

Huge room. Easy parking. Great selection for breakfast.
Main shower cubicle flooded the floor.
A little tatty in places. Incredible, space age building. However, the windows are dirty (outside) and the windowsills.

Hotell's architecture is impresive, very monumental building, morelikely very expensive was to build. Great parking under the building with direct access to Hotell.
The room was extremely large and it seemed a little abandoned as some part of the furnitura was moved away by some reason, thus half of the room was empty. Bar started to work only from 7pm...

The breakfast was really good, with a wide range of choice and good quality, caring about people with food intolerances.

The room was not spotless and unfortunately smelled of smoke. The staff was anyway super helpful and tried to offer us a solution

My high standards and expectations were met for the room, bathroom, and breakfast. It was quality and professional. Staff were excellent in helping out. Staff were able to communicate in English, which was good compared to many other Spanish hotels.
I decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, and it wasn't my kind of food.

Everything, the breakfast was amazing they had Everything possible from hot eggs,bacon,sausage. I had a Double room for Disabled person in a wheelchair, it was spacious and big.

The light up bed was really fun! And it's a stunning building with amazing views. The underground garage was very good, we were confident that the car was safe. Also excellent range of breakfast foods.
We couldn't get the air condition to really make a difference, it seemed to be set quite high. Also, I left a top behind in the wardrobe, and have sent a message via Booking.com about this, but had no reply, which is a bit disappointing.

the rooms are very comfortable, very spacious very good room size.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had great views. The beds were extremely comfortable.
We booked two rooms and the shower didn’t work properly in either room. Also, the breakfast buffet was a bit of a disaster with the waiters running around and a lot of the food dishes were empty.

The rooms need some maintenance, and so does the gym and the outside of the building.
