El único inconveniente es que el personal de recepción deja bastante que desear, solicitamos un taxi y nos dejaron esperando un montón de tiempo por no llamar a otra empresa.
Figura en la web que tiene casino y resulta que lo levantaron en pandemia (hace 3 años) y el personal al consultarle se dirigieron de muy mala manera.
El personal de recepción y la distancia porque lo elegimos viendo en web que figuraba casino y resulto ser un engaño.

Good breakfast with small choice of hot items but extensive choice of pastries, fruit, cereals, etc
Room was spacious with a small balcony looking out to the ocean. Great views.
There wasn’t an electric jug with tea or coffee in the room which would have been nice, but apart from that, everything met expectations. Nice spa, pool etc. great massage. Easy to organise tours as there is an agency at the hotel.

Horrible service. Reception had employees who were very rude and had no problem openly arguing with customers. The man working reception, Sebastián, cut me off and began working with other customers.

Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Rooms are large with outstanding views. Spa is fine too. Breakfast is good

it s not worth it, it’s old and disgusting inside. Way too expensive, I mean at least put some clean paint on the walls. it s just an old place for old people I would say. Reception guys did tell me the swimming pool was with reservation, went in it then got explained I shouldn’t be in. breakfast is so average. Also why did my room had two massive double beds? if I book a big double room it s not to have 2 double beds lol, a desk would have been nice at least. 200e for 2nights, come on guys…

Breakfast is very good!
The indoor pool is private. So if you want to use it, you need to pay an extra charge for that. In my opinion, there is no sense for that!

improve the breakfast, a chair on a balcony, and a a bigger bed, I had chosen a room con kingsize bed
