The location.
Poor communications. The staff didn't reply to any of my messages prior arrival. We talked on the phone for an extra bed. They confirmed verbally, but knew nothing about it when we arrived. The lady at the reception manage to accomodate us, but we were very lucky because they had a bigger room available. Very poor English. The bathroom is rudimentary. Very poor breakfast despite having one of the most popular restaurants in town.

"The room was warm and clean, with wooden furniture. The bathrooms had floor heating system."
