The hotel is in a good position, and our room was big and confortable. Thanks to Karim that helped us during our stay. We have been here in January 2023.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and it’s a good central location close to trams

There is a kitchenette which was a deciding factor in staying here but there was literally nothing to cook with, not one pan, no cooking utensils, and no plates, the microwave plate in one room was also missing. The property advertises as having a fitness centre but it doesn’t have one so that was also disappointing. The extractor fan in the kitchen just turned on at random times and was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep and relax.

Receptionist was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel runs daily karaoke nights in the restaurant and the music is very very loud and continous past 12:45am. The rooms are not sound proofed and since the hotel is quite small, the sound travels to all floors quite easily. Breakfast is very basic. Bread was obviously warmed up and chewy. There were no fruits and the orange juice tasted like cordial.

location a little difficult to find

The Hotel was wonderful. The Owner and Staff were very attentive to the guests. They worked hard to make sure I had an amazing stay. The breakfast was filled with many good choices. I will be back for sure. As an woman traveling alone I felt very safe.

I like the buffet breakfast.

No free mineral water provided. One of the nights there wasn’t any flush water in the toilet. There wasn’t any cooking pot and forks provided except the cooking stove.

i didn’t like the property that much as the room they gave me was not as in the description. The room was big but very old, the kitchen had one plate, 1 glass. breakfast was stale, in fact the second day I didn’t eat anything. I raised my complaint and disappointed and gave me a room just as bad as the first one. one positive was the night staff.
