Everything was okay, clean and pleasant. Very good breakfast with a lot of varieties for everyone.

The beach next to the hotel I didn’t like because it was too windy.

We liked everything - the sparkling clean, the food at breakfast and dinner, the location is very good with lovely view, the staff - the boys were very helpful all the time, the local beach is charming, never mind the steep steps, the pool is clean and good size, the bar is v.good as well. We appreciated the food as it was very tasty, every day different menu for dinner with nicely cooked Greek food and desserts.

The receptìonist who met us first, was a bit grumpy, but we forgive her and wish her to smile more.

We had a really nice family vacation here. Our kids loved the swimming pool and spent many hours playing there. They also made friends with other children staying at the hotel, which made the holiday even more special for them. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices every morning. We were also surprised how affordable the food and drinks were during the day, especially for a hotel by the sea. The staff was always kind and smiling, and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing.

The only downside was the access to the beach and back to the hotel. There are many stairs and the climb is quite steep, so it can be difficult for small children, older people or anyone with mobility problems. Also, it is much easier to have a car if you want to visit the town or nearby places. For us these were only small inconveniences compared to everything else the hotel offered.

-Sewage, blocked pipes -Unable to lock widows and shutters -False information on website about distance of hotel from beach instead of 150 steps downhilll was listed as 150 meters!!! -No welcome reception staff, waited to check in without any offer of glass of water to comfort us, instead asked to be paid -No question to get feed back for improvement on check out -The management and staff are in desperate need for hotel management education training and professional hospitality qualifications to better serve customers
