Nikis Village

We stayed in apartment B1. It is a short walk past the pool from reception. The corridor is quite dark - even in the day, but the timed lighting is turned on by the switch downstairs, so don't forget to press this before going upstairs - especially at night!! The apartment comprises of a large lounge which has a kitchenette, large furnished balcony, and wet room bathroom and double bedroom down a short corridor. The lounge has a smart TV, and fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery with a sink/drainer. There is a large fridge/freezer and kettle. A Nespresso machine is also provided, but only 4 pods are supplied and not replenished. What would have been more useful would have been a toaster. The view of Poros town and Galatas was exceptional from the balcony which also overlooks the road. There can be some noise from passing vehicles during the day, but should not worry you. The room key was a large brass fob which drops into a slot by the door to power the room. Marble floor throughout, but many slippery mats which are easy to trip on as we discovered! There's plenty of storage space everywhere except the bathroom where it is limited. The bathroom has a shower in the corner along with toilet and basin. there's no shaver socket or shaving mirror though. This also holds the only mirror as there's no full height mirror anywhere. 1. Nice pool - always clean with plenty of sunbeds 2. Food & Drink available 3. Lift to upper rooms 4. Ironing board and iron supplied 5. Storage space 6. Multiple power sockets 7. 2 TVs - One smart TV 8. Good free WiFi throughout 9. Complementary water on arrival 10. Big fridge/freezer 11. Oven with grill and 4 hobs 12. 1. Location can be slightly isolated if walking is an issue, although taxis are available 2. No toaster in the apartment 3. No tea towel supplied 4. Towels only changed every two days 5. Room/bathroom not cleaned in 2 weeks - Only the floor mopped once a week. Bathroom not cleaned at all. 6. Noisey doors and echo in corridor very loud 7. Foliage around balcony attracts wasps and mosquitos so cover up or wear good repellant - you are warned! 8. 4 Nespresso pods for machine for entire stay, even if it's 2 weeks. 9. No shaver socket in bathroom 10. No shaving mirror 11. Very small safe 12. Bedroom dim due to covered window and dim lighting 13. Had to turn on/off hot water immersion heater - very stranges! 14. Fixed hairdryer cord quite short and curly type which is hard to stretch 15. Slippery mats througout are easy to trip on 16. No long mirror

Good location. Well ran and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Pool lovely, good depth and very clean.

Beds were hard. Air con kept going off after a few minutes. No pool towels.

Great traditional Greek accommodation in Poros. Sparkling clean pool, comfy rooms with cooking facilities and amazing staff. We had a lovely three night stay and if ever back in Poros we would book again.

Maria was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially as we arrived later in the evening. The property has a beautiful view overlooking Poros and felt peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The location was great as well — there are nearby options for breakfast and lunch, the beach is just a short walk away, and it’s about a 20-minute walk into town. Being slightly outside the center made the property feel more secluded and relaxing while still being close enough to easily explore Poros. Breakfast at the property was also very fresh and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!
