Theo Star Beach Hotel

Our room was perfect for our group. Breakfast was good. Our ferry into Crete had a big delay. I kept the hotel posted on the delay. We didn’t get to the hotel till 2AM. They were very accommodating on the check in.

Nice hotel next to a lovely sandy beach. The beach is shallow so it has easy access to the water. Umbrellas and sunbeds were free for hotel guest, there was plenty of them on the beach. Hotel provided also towels for the beach area. They had really nice beach bar - modern and comfortable furniture, very stylish. It was really enjoyable, the beach area was calm and quiet, no loud music. Our room was absolutely great - ground floor apartment with the view to the pool and sea, also sitting area outside to enjoy the sunset. The beds were really wide and comfy. The kitchen in our apartment had everything you needed. Overall, the hotel area was nice and quiet. Parking area is big enough, no problems with parking.

The breakfast was rather mediocre - it was the same every morning (except one sweet dish that changed daily). The quality of breakfast could be upgraded. Sunbeds on the beach could need a refreshment, especially considering that the beach bar is really nice and modern. Some coat racks in the room would be great as well, as there was no place to hang your clothes in one room (other room had cupboard).

The location of the hotel is beautiful! In front of the beach! The breakfast was ok, but same everyday! Decent for 3 nights

Cleanliness in the room and on the beach. The room was full of ants. Based on the appearance of the rooms, it is by no means a 4-star hotel.
