Great place for a family to stay - short walk to ski field (~5mins) & Lawson (~5 mins). Very clean and well appointed apartment.

Only small thing that could be better would be better pillow options. The ones we had were very firm and high, so my wife/kids struggled with them.

Overall comfortable but for the price, it will be nice if the host can provide some drinking water, extra pillows, toothbrush & tooth paste as well as washing detergent. Checkin instructions not clear; had to call host upon arrival.

Stayed in Tsuru Apartment - 4BR Apartment 18-23 Feb 2023 Actual location was not the same as indicated in the booking (150-200m away). The host Hiro check us in and provided luggage transportation. Apartment was clean and all amenities was working well. Location is alright, near Kitanomine slope. Also has "Kisen" bus stop, which has lavendar bus to Ashahikawa (2hr ride) One level apartment with a nice communal dining area. Very convenient that the apartment came with many toilets. Bed and pillow was comfortable and able to get a restful night. Would recommend it for anyone with group of 7-8 people visiting Furano.

The check-in procedures should have been finalise better. Arrived and waited about 20mins before we could check-in and head to the actual location.

Ideal location, close to the ski slopes, parking on site, very clean, lots of space to chill out

Hirosan was lovely. The apartment was amazing. It was huge and really comfortable. The shower was really nice and the beds and the couch were really comfy. It was really quiet and private and very spacious. There was lots of storage space. It felt just like home. There were also some really good restaurants just down the road.
