Some limitation for the pool hours

Very good hotel. Well situated, 2min walking distance from promenade and right in front of Aqua Palace entrance. The hotel is very clean, with modern and new furniture and a very nice SPA area (thermal baths, nice saunas, clean swimming pool indoor and outdoor with many sunbeds outdoor). Very good food, various and tasty (I had breakfast and dinner included). It was a very quite atmosphere (even though hotel was fully booked), with nice and low music in the background. And a very good parking area.

1) The personnel is very kind and paying attention to details but they can hardly speak English. I can understand that other nationalities are coming to this area and that's why English is not so needed. But anyhow, we could understand each other. 2) I was given the room next to playroom (for small kids) and I asked at the reception if possible to change the room being afraid of potential noise. The receptionist told me that hotel was fully booked and he couldn't help me. I was pretty sure that at that moment hotel was not full (looking at low level of occupation of parking area). But I was lucky that it was very very quite in the playroom. 3) I would recommend installation of fly screen for balcony door.
