Fantastic location, easy access to amazing sea and beach and walks. Very detached yet still only 15 min drive to Agios Nikolaos.
Very quiet and the beach was almost always empty in September ☺️
Proximity to neighbours in the outdoor spaces could be easily resolved with a couple of large planters between the three units. It would allow the privacy you expect in this kind of property. (More of an issue for the first & middle units than the end one.)
Kitchen in need of love! Poorly laid out with little work space if you plan on using it. Would be an easy fix.

The most exclusive and mesmerizing holiday home you can imagine. Right on the edge of the waterfront with easy access for a swim.
Kitchen is sort of primitively equipped for home cooking.

Wonderful place! You can eat your breakfast sitting on the terrace 3 m from the seashore, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. George is very helpful, fantastic person. We have very good memories from Stonehouse!
