The apartment was clean and the owner is nice and helpful. The air conditioner works well. It is a good apartment for this price, the closest beach is 10 minutes walk away and the city center is 15 mins walk away.
The apartment is high up on a mountain, if you choose to walk - be prepared to workout every day :D.

close to lots of activities, old town, restaurants and shops if you do not mind walking the steep hilly streets or you can drive and pay for parking. onsite parking was a plus for us.
listing description does not match the place. we rented studio with balcony but ended up with studio on the first-floor w/o balcony facing the retaining wall for the road behind the property.
