our host was amazing, when we first arrived he gave us so much great information on where to eat and sight see. absolutely loved the location, easy to get to and so close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location, close to everything. Very clean, had daily housekeeping. Thenassis was a great host, gave a lot of information regarding the island. He is always ready to assist with any enquiries. Thanx for a great stay, we would recommend Grozos Rooms any day!!

The guy who runs Grozos is friendly and really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, and my room was a huge apartment with a lounge, kitchenette and separate bedroom. Very happy overall.

Location was very convenient and walkable from the port. Room was very clean and had a great water and sunset view.

First of all, Thanasis met us at the port at 9:45 PM which was incredibly helpful. At first we were unable to figure out the AC controls but our host responded very quickly to our text message. The AC worked so well that we were actually cold the first night. It took me a couple of nights to realize the hair dryer was in a box on top of the closet. The room had absolutely everything we needed for a fabulous price. Fast internet, daily room service, comfortable bed and close to everything. We are 70+ years old and had no problems walking the town. Our room was clean and we truly enjoyed every minute of our 5 night stay.

The location is very convenient, close to beach, bus station and the port. Thanasis is amazing - he picked me up at the airport and drove me to the port. Super responsive and helpful.

Clean, modern and spacious room. Everything you need is available. The location is close to the port, there are many cafes around, but at the same time it is quiet and comfortable. I would like to thank the owner of Thanasis. Very kind, always ready to help , gave excellent recommendations on the island. He took us and met us at the port , it was very nice))))

Weak wifi, room not cleaned on certain days

Host was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Very nice for a couple, within walking distance to the port, bus stop, beach bars and attractions in Paroikia.

Everything was great: -the location (close to the beach and restaurants), only 10 min walk to the city center and also to the port and bus terminal -room was very clean (we had our towels and sheets changed every day) -modern furniture, nice and cosy room, beds extremely comfortable -Thanasis was an excellent host: so kind and willing to help (he picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us off to catch our return ferry; he also stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out) Amazing place, strongly recommend.

The room was very clean, well furnished, quiet, spacious and cosy. Thanasis was very kind with us, he gives us a lot of attention and recommandations during our stay at Parikia. We definitively recommand this place !
