La alberca aun que no la pude usar.. me dijeron que estaba nuy bn.. la atención de recepción muyy bn, la atención de la mesera perfecto, la atención de toda la gente super bn,

Nos alzamos una cucaracha en el baño, no tenía cortina la regadera, no había cobillas , llamamos a pedir unas el desayuno no era totalmente preparado ahí.

Make sure to ask for Pool towels in advance I took my own and regretted it because there was no space for us around the pool so I used my towel in artificial grass and now it’s trash it was super super dirty from the wet floor

All the Staff are very friendly. Excellent location. Good a/c in the bedroom. Roomy suites. Excellent price.

Difficult to contact front desk by phone. Bad restaurant service, and don't clean the tables after customers leave. No coffee maker in the rooms.

location is close to where we congregate

terrible WiFi and it was booked for 4 people yet we only had 2 towels. also I had one price when I reserved and different when I arrived

It has a good parking lot, just that.

they had to changed us to another room because our bed had HAIRS on them and one of the bed didn’t change the sheets, the bathroom had also hair and the soap with pubic hair! DISGUSTING! The room had some peanuts on the floor and the table, they didn’t bother to clean it. And the new room they moved us had a horrible smell coming from the sink.
