Super location.
No place to relax and poor breakfast.

The location.
We were gonna play ping-pong, but they charge to rent the ping-pong paddles. For what you’re paying a night I thought this was ridiculous. In addition, the washing machines for clothing didn’t have the automatic detergent filler like most other places in Japan. Our window was filthy.
The air-conditioning did not work in the elevators. They were super hot.

This hotel is located next to the lake and has great lake view from the room. In addition, they offer buffet with various local foods.
I stayed at 5th floor and has trees in front of the windows. Those trees made it difficult to enjoy the full view of the lake. There is nothing around the hotel. If you wanna enjoy exploring shops or restaurants around the hotel, this hotel might not be your choice.
