We have stayed at the RheinHotel Arte 5 or 6 times - usually as a one night stopover on a long journey. The location, overlooking the Rhine, is wonderful - especially if you go for a room with a terrace. Food is excellent too & good service.

The relaxed atmosphere and staff that showed genuine care about their work and their guests.
Nothing, my stay will be in my memories.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Staff changed our room so my disabled friend had the lift to all floors. We were checking out in the middle of the night so they made up takeaway breakfast packs for us. AND.... coffee machine & fridge in the room... Brill . Thoroughly recommend.
Nothing.
