Accoglienza, upgrade gratuito, gentilezza dello staff

Stanze pulitissime, ma vecchie. I miei genitori c erano già stati e se ti capita la camera nuova con pavimento in legno vista lago è bellissima. Le altre per un 4 stelle, e junior suit “meh, insomma” Sta di fatto, che abbiamo pagato poco e inizialmente era una economy. La critica è solo se avessimo pagato per una junior suite, infatti ho comunque dato voti alti, e ci ritornerò

Amazing location the lake in front the mountains in the back... Good location to visit the main attractions nearby within 30min to 90min travel time with the car. Parking also included in front of the hotel. Also great stuff and great food.

Wifi internet could be better...

The bathroom was old and the showerdrain was plugged.

Excellent location, kind and professional staff, cleanliness, ski-van service free of charge, the possibility to play “calcetto” and table tennis in a special room, ski depot, wonderfull view on the lake from dining room and from rooms, central location.

I have no remarks.

Great hotel and great stuff. Wellness and brekfast are perfect.

The location is fabulous, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Internet connection was strong and stable. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee wasn't tasty in the coffee machine, but you can order it on the bar and it would be also included in the breakfast. Along with that a great restaurant is located in the hotel. If you like red wine I would recommend to try Lagrein Urban Tramin from the neighbourhood region. The hotel has two parkings so there was no problem to find a place. Also I was travelling with a dog and it's great that hotel is pets friendly.
