Great location, staff - especially Volcan the manager, was great! so helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us in making plans and booking meals etc. Really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was really nice and room was great!

​Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Göreme Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. They offered us great tour packages at very reasonable prices, so we booked a Hot Air Balloon tour and a Red Tour with them. Everything went smoothly, and the airport transfer was excellent and perfectly organized. The location is very convenient—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything.

We would have preferred a bit more variety at breakfast, as the options were the same every day. Other than that, everything was fine.

The activities planning help is very poor. The front desk requested cash payments in EUR instead of Turkish liras or credit card. I understand the economy is not doing well and the country needs Foreign reserves. But this is ridiculous. I missed the horse and camel’s rides for lack of the hard currency. This is not the way to treat tourists. I am not sure wether all hotels in the area have the same policy. Certainly I will not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not up to the standards for the price range even though the personnel at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.
