Lucia at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable- sending us multiple options for nearby restaurants. Very responsive via whatsapp.
Amazing location in the heart of San Telmo, literally metres from Sunday markets.
Cool, historic building.
Some street noise overnight, BA is a late night city!

Location was near stores and restaurants! Uptairs and downstairs each had their own bathroom and shower. Staff was helpful with late check in and storing luggage after check out.

Great location, lots of room and friendly helpful staff.
The lobby and communal areas were well maintained but the rooms (studios) are run down and would benefit from a refurbish.

Location was close to the marina very friendly and helpful staff.
Described as luxury but was not. No elevators and lots of outside noise all day and night. Bed was in a loft and bathroom on lower level was not ideal.

"Stanza subdue livelli molto grande e bella, inclusi i due bagni molto confortevoli. Palazzo bellissimo in piena santelmo da cui partire per visitare strade e locali nei dintorni."
