狭いし汚い お風呂が詰まって ふたりめ湯船につかれなかった。

受付のお姉さんがとても親切。子どもにもやさしかった。

In the room, it has tea (powder), cup, and a kettle to prepare the tea, but no spoon to mix it.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

It was about a half a mile from the city/restaurants.... The beds were very stiff and made my back hurt - the pillows weren’t much better.

Great staff, especially the breakfast lady! What the breakfast lacked, the lovely lady made up for with her wonderful smile and greeting each morning. Likewise, the cleaning ladies were amazing too and do a fantastic job. For a clean freak, I felt comfortable knowing that I had little to worry about with regards to cleanliness. The amenities in the room were very good as well, such as a nice kettle, good toiletries, kimono robe etc. Location is very convenient for transport. The room was nice and quiet.

Smoking should be banned in the entire hotel not just on individual floors. The smell travels and lingers around in the lift, on floors where vending machines are located and you get a whiff of it as soon as you leave your non-smoking floor. It's very unpleasant. The mattress and pillows are too hard and it'd be great if they were updated and replaced with newer more comfortable mattresses. The overall outdated decor is easy to overlook but poor quality sleep is not.
