Hoteles Bogotá Inn Park Way

I experienced outstanding service from the team every day of my stay. I encountered an issue with my SIM card and needed assistance reaching one of my concerts, and the team consistently supported me with a smile and helpful suggestions throughout the process. I would also like to recognize the breakfast service and the staff working during that time for their attentiveness and consistently high level of service. In particular, the help desk team always welcomed me with a warm smile whenever I left and returned to the hotel, and they were also very helpful in providing bottled water while I was adjusting to the altitude difference between Panama and Bogota. The only area I believe could be improved is the availability of arepas as a national food option for international guests, along with a broader selection of local food choices from established providers. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. The quiet room was especially appreciated, as it allowed me to rest well and fully disconnect. Thank you and warm greetings from Panama.

I was expecting arepas, but the croissants were fine :) . Again I was trying to connect with the Colombian culture since I woke up. But again, croissants were fine with the scramble eggs.

la ubicación y la tranquilidad

la decoración del hotel y la habitación es muy básica, pero aun asi todo funcional y en perfectas condiciones

Ubicación central con parqueadero

Not much.

Decoration, service was very impersonal. Breakfast hours were not convenient - could have been a bit longer.
