A beautiful resort, a relaxing place to stay. The room are incredibly lovely, the pool is wonderful, and the surrounding area where the resort is set is amazing.
The humidity outside can sometimes be a little too much, but apart from that the experience was magical.

the staff treated you so well, everyone was very friendly, everything was spotless and clean. highly recommend. Value for money was great
Golf was very expensive. In comparison to everything else at the resort, it was very expensive

Hotel was average. Breakfast was average. Room was clean, but dated.
The hotel is dated and needs better maintenance. The overall service level is poor, particularly with regards to catering for western guests - hardly anyone spoke English and we found people generally quite rude and unhelpful. Please train your staff better.
