For our stay without a car, the location was ideal. Bus stop, shops, and the beach were all within walking distance (but you do end up walking quite a bit – for us, it was at least 10 km + a day). The room was absolutely clean, which is always very important to me. The room was simple but had everything we needed including air conditioning. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the lovely garden. Since English is not spoken on-site (contrary to what is stated in the description), communication was a bit of a challenge at first. However, thanks to a translation app, we managed just fine. Even though the hostess seemed a bit distant initially, we felt comfortable staying with her and appreciated her hospitality.

The biggest downside was definitely the bed. No headboard, and the mattress was smaller than the frame itself and was so light that every single movement transferred directly to the partner, making it almost impossible for two people to get a good night's sleep. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable. Furthermore, the advertised sun terrace was not shown to us, and we couldn't find it in the garden area ourselves.
