The breakfast was great. A great number of fresh foods for you to choose from. Natalie and Graeme were very kind to provide some hot food like poached eggs. Great mountain and lake view with yummy brekkie, nothing makes a better start to the day than these. And special thanks to Graeme for reminding me to put on more clothes before getting into Mount Kosciuszko.
I would be more grateful if there could be a mini fridge in the room. Although there is a great bar providing a number of drinks in Altitude 1260, a mini fridge would be helpful when the traveler seeks chilled drinks in late time.

We liked the location and the friendly atmosphere created by Nat and Graham.
No issues, we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the hills just outside Jindabyne. The setting provides a beautiful view over the valley and lake. The huge lounge with log fire was warm and welcoming.
The property was great. Our only problem was that we damaged the hire car on the very bumpy unmade road, so be warned! A 4x4 would be best for getting there!

Very friendly and welcoming team. Very convenient to have dinner and breakfast there, with great food.
Bathrooms might need some refresh sooner or later.

Our room was like a private retreat given it was quiet and cozy plus the views of the sunrise in the morning over Lake Jindabyne were spectacular.
The common areas were lovely and the owners/hosts so welcoming that it encouraged use of the common spaces.
The drying room for ski gear with an easy external access was a big plus for us.
No dislikes, just a warning to those without 4WD that the road can be a bit difficult to navigate.

Best scrambled eggs anywhere. Yes, really! Owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The views are to die for. Centrally located and about 15 away from the ski tube and Jindabyne and not much further from Thredbo. Summer or Winter it is superb.
Leaving was the worst part of the whole weekend.

Natalie, Graham and Glen were excellent hosts. The food was delicious, the views simply spectacular and the ‘vibe’ of the place was so welcoming.
there was nothing nor to like at all. just be aware of the road up to the property. it adds to the adventure of it all.

This was a real surprise for a last minute get away. The hosts Natalie and Graeme were so welcoming and made you feel like their own personal friends guests. Location great, quiet relaxing, great place to unwind.
Graeme was painting the pool and could have done with a swim.

The staff here were super friendly and accommodating. We mainly dealt with Natalie and Graeme who both made quite the effort to help us feel settled.
The location was amazing. Our room overlooked the whole valley and we saw hot air balloons 2 of the 3 mornings we were there.
We had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious.
The common areas included a large room with seats around a fire where you can interact with other guests if you wish to do so. There was also a pool table and a lounge room area with access to a tv with Netflix etc.
Overall, this was an excellent place to stay as it is about 10 minutes from Jindabyne and around 15 minutes to the Skitube if you are headed to Perisher.
The only very minor critique I have is that the price was a little on the expensive side.
However, it is well worth the money considering the location, facilities and friendly staff.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice view from the hotel and clean and comfortable room.
Breakfast was served nicely. There are clear signs and direction on the way to find the hotel going up the mountain.
Perfect stay and no issues in general.
The internet is as good as it gets inside the rooms and common areas. But that's not even an issue for us since we want to take time off work.

What I don’t like is the silly fee for a late check-in $75. We paid $1000 for two nights and they charging us that ridiculous fee.

Rooms are large and warm, beds are clean and comfortable and the shower is powerful and hot.
Continental breakfast is fresh with lots of variety and good coffee.
The hosts - Natalie and Graeme were wonderful and the staff are extremely helpful.
Our room did not have a mini fridge so could not keep fresh milk for coffee or drinks cold.
Rooms don't have TVs , only one TV in common area.
